After you have a form, you need the form e-mailed to you. This is not a complicated task, but it requires the use of a Program that runs on the server itself to receive the values that were entered into the form, and then prepare and e-mail and send the e-mail to you.

Most Web Hosting Providers do not provide you with this ability. If yours does, Great. If not, we do offer CGI programs that run on the server to e-mail the contents of your form.
