  • Isolating specific problems encountered while using our servers
  • Troubleshooting specific problems that are related to installation and configuration in the server environment

Technical Support does not include:

  • Web development (We have a web development team that will be more than happy to help in this arena, however this is billed at our web development rates and is not considered technical support of the virtual proivate server)
  • Technical assistance to customers, or employees of our direct customer
  • Fulfilling programming-specific CGI script requests (including debugging)
  • Technical support for third party vendor products beyond the documentation defined in our add-on help section of our web site
